War on Liberty TM
Not a war by us against anyone. Rather,
a war waged by others against our heritage, our principles,
and our liberty. The enemies of liberty are well funded and
well organized groups and governments, identified
by their words as well as their actions.

Enemies of liberty do not tolerate criticism.
They evade debate, ridicule opponents, outlaw dissent.
They must control public information to avoid exposure.
They fear America's founding principles above all.
Some of them call us imperialists or capitalists.
Some of them call us Great Satan.

Friends of liberty are harder to find.
Our leftist media does not treat them well.
They include brave students in Iran and China,
the constitutional government in Honduras, a future
PM of the Netherlands, artists like Theo Van Gogh,
and on rare occasions, even one of our politicians.
When history calls, they stand up to evil.
Sometimes at a very dear price.
They need our support.
